Receiving Cashback for prior purchases.
Each online store decides if and when they offer Instant Cashback and for how long.
At the time of your purchase, the Instant Cashback offer is clearly displayed at checkout and you can only receive Instant Cashback when the store is running a Cashback Campaign.
To receive your Instant Cashback at checkout, make sure you login with your mobile number as this is how we assign the Instant Cashback in the Hello Clever app. If you checkout as a guest, you won't be eligible for Instant Cashback.
So if you didn't get Instant Cashback on a prior purchase, this either means there was no Cashback Campaign running at the time or you checked out as a guest.
