Settlement of PayID and PayTo payments
Most PayID and PayTo payments settle in a few seconds. Once a payment settles, the Hello Clever checkout will notify the consumer and the checkout will progress to the next step in your process.
Note that some banks place a hold of up to 24 hours on PayID payments over a certain amount. In this case, the payment will remain in pending status until the payers bank releases the payment.
By default, Hello Clever credits funds to your nominated bank account at the end of each day however, we also support the following options:
- Real-time: settlement occurs immediately
- Hourly: settlement occurs every hour
- On demand: you can send a request to settlements@helloclever.co to request withdrawal of your available balance.
