In addition to our own fraud detection, PayID and PayTo use your banks fraud monitoring detection technologies to guard against fraudulent activity.

There’s also an extra level of security with making payments to a PayID since the name of the store you’re transferring money to appears before you confirm the transaction. This helps to stop money being sent to the wrong person or a scammer.
