Why did my customer's PayID payment not complete?

Reasons for incomplete PayID payments.

There are 2 potential reasons:

  1. Some banks hold PayID payments over a certain amount for up to 24 hours for security reasons. If this happens, please ask the customer to wait until the payment is received before processing the order.
  2. The customer underpaid/overpaid the requested amount. Any incorrect payment amounts are rejected and returned to the customer’s bank account immediately. Your checkout is notified and the customer is requested to make the payment again.
