What is the refund process?

How to initiate a refund.

Refunds can be initiated from the Hello Clever Merchant Dashboard. After logging in to the Dashboard, navigate to Site Management > Choose website > Pay Ins > Find the transaction you want to refund > Choose either full amount or partial amount to do refund.

If you use the Hello Clever API, you can call our API to refund the payment:

If you use Shopify or WooCommerce, refunds should be initiated from your Shopify or WooCommerce Admin Account.
